How is the number calculated?
It is an estimate: how many years the person is likely to live (based on public US life-expectancy tables), times how often you see them, minus the visits you have already logged. It is a statistical average, not a prediction about any one person. That is why it always shows a tilde (~).
Is there an account?
No. There is no account and no login. The people and visits you add are stored on your device only.
What does the purchase unlock?
"Unlock Everything" is a single one-time purchase. It unlocks unlimited people, a home-screen widget for each person, and visit logging. There is no subscription.
How do I add the widget?
Long-press your Home Screen until the icons jiggle, tap the plus button in the top corner, search for "Visits Left," and add the widget.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the paywall or go to Settings and tap "Restore purchase."
How do I delete my data?
Settings has a "Delete my data" option that erases everything stored on your device. Deleting the app also removes all of it.
How do I get a refund?
It is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
