These are the terms for using Visits Left, an app made by Chirag Gupta. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy: https://visitsleft.app/privacy
Visits Left helps you estimate how many more times you might see someone you love, at your current pace, as a calm reminder to stay in touch. It is free to try with one person and a home-screen widget. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited people, a widget for each, and visit logging.
The visits number is a statistical estimate based on public US Social Security Administration life-expectancy tables and how often you say you see someone. Real life is not an average, and individuals routinely beat the averages by years or decades.
The number is not medical advice, not actuarial or insurance advice, not a health diagnosis, and not a prediction about how long you or anyone else will live. Do not use it for any medical, financial, insurance, legal, or other consequential decision. If you want guidance about health or longevity, speak with a qualified professional.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Visits Left. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app and to make a purchase.
Visits Left is a one-time purchase. The unlock is a non-consumable item. It does not auto-renew, and you will not be billed on any recurring basis. Once purchased, the unlock is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices via "Restore purchase" in the app.
The current price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm your purchase. Prices vary by country and are billed in your local currency where supported by Apple.
Purchases are billed through Apple (App Store). We never see your payment details. We cannot process refunds directly. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
These Terms are between you and Chirag Gupta only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Visits Left app or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the app, including but not limited to product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
For anything not covered above, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
