Subscription management

To cancel or change your Hoshi subscription, open the App Store app on your iPhone, tap your profile photo in the top right, tap Subscriptions, then tap Hoshi.

Apple handles all billing. Hoshi has no access to your payment details.

Refunds

Refunds are processed by Apple, not by Hoshi. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or by writing to me at [email protected] and I will help you file the request.

Privacy and data deletion

Hoshi has no accounts. All of your ritual data lives on your device. To delete it, either tap Delete my data in the in-app Settings, or uninstall the app.
